Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect: your name, shop name, WhatsApp number, city, shop category, approximate customer count, how you market today, and your preferred language. When you use the contact form we collect: your name, email and/or phone number, who you are (shop owner, partner, investor, press, other) and your message. We also automatically record the time of submission, campaign parameters (UTM) and the referring page, so we know how you found us.
Why we collect it
Only to run the Saathi pilot: to contact you about pilot availability in your city (with your explicit consent), to answer your enquiry, and to understand which shops and cities to onboard first. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Retention
Waitlist and contact submissions are kept for as long as the pilot programme is active, and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
How to request deletion
Email us at hello@saathi.in from the email you used (or mention your WhatsApp number) and ask for deletion. We will remove your records within 7 working days and confirm.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@saathi.in.
